Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jumaira Rent A Car – L.L.C and Syed Abbas Passengers Transport by Rented Buses L.L.C (together “SA Transport”, “we”, “us”) handle personal data when you use www.sa-transport.com, send us an enquiry, or book our chauffeur and car rental services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

1. Who is responsible for your data

SA Transport is the data controller. Our contact details are in section 10. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable Emirate-level requirements.

Where a field is marked as required on the enquiry form, we need it to respond to you. Anything else you tell us is voluntary. Please do not send us more personal information than the enquiry needs.

3. Cookies and bot protection

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only what is needed to work:

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that the enquiry form is submitted by a person and not a bot. Cloudflare processes technical data, including your IP address, for that check. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
A short-lived cookie is set after that verification, so the form can confirm the check passed and apply an anti-spam rate limit.

If you use the WhatsApp button, your conversation with us takes place on WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

4. How your enquiry reaches us

The enquiry form is sent by e-mail to our operations inbox. The website itself does not keep a customer database, and form submissions are not published anywhere. Your enquiry is then handled in our e-mail and booking records.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with those who need it to deliver what you asked for:

Our own staff — the operations desk, the assigned chauffeur, and accounts.
Service providers — our website hosting and e-mail provider (Bluehost) and Cloudflare, as described above.
Insurers, where a claim or an incident requires it.
Authorities, where disclosure is required by UAE law, a court, the police, or the relevant transport or traffic authority. Traffic fines incurred during a rental are attributed to the driver on record.
Your employer or the party booking on your behalf, where a corporate account, embassy or hotel arranges transport for you, limited to what that booking requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use your enquiry to build marketing lists sold to third parties.

6. Transfers outside the UAE

Our e-mail and website hosting may store or route data through servers outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on providers that offer an appropriate level of protection and contractual safeguards for the data they process on our behalf.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings — kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Bookings, invoices and tax records — retained for the period required by UAE tax law, which is a minimum of five years from the end of the relevant tax period.
Rental documents, including licence and identification copies — retained for the term of the rental agreement and the period afterwards required for traffic, insurance and legal claims.

8. How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to e-mail, booking and invoicing records is limited to the staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send payment card details, passwords or full identification documents by e-mail or WhatsApp. We will never ask you for a card PIN or an online banking password.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you may ask us to:

confirm what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
restrict or object to a particular use of your data;
withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time;
receive your data in a portable form, where that applies.

Write to info@sa-transport.com with the word Privacy in the subject line. We will respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity first. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and it does not remove records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
