From a discreet V-Class collecting a family at the airport to Sprinters and Coasters moving conference delegations on schedule, our passenger vans are the workhorses of group transport in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Professional drivers, luggage capacity planned in advance, and fixed quotations for single transfers, full days or multi-day event programmes.

Moving a group is a coordination problem before it is a vehicle problem. Four sedans means four chauffeurs, four arrival times, four parking decisions and four people to call when the schedule moves. One van means one chauffeur, one pick-up point and one set of instructions. For most group movements across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, that is the difference between a programme that holds and one that drifts by twenty minutes at every stop.

We operate passenger vans, minibuses and coaches alongside our chauffeur-driven cars. The range covers the Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito and Mercedes Sprinter VIP, the Toyota Granvia and Hyundai Staria, the Toyota Hiace and Toyota Coaster, and luxury coaches of 30 seats and above. Vehicles are fully insured and are current models. Chauffeurs are uniformed and speak English and Arabic.

This is a supporting capability rather than the centre of what we do. Our core work is chauffeur-driven cars for corporates, five-star hotels, embassies and government bodies. The vans and coaches exist because those same accounts also run events, crew moves and visiting delegations, and splitting a group across separate cars rarely serves them.

Six or seven people who need to arrive together

The Mercedes V-Class and Toyota Granvia sit at the top of this group. They are the right answer when a small executive party is travelling to the same meeting and the conversation in the vehicle matters as much as the journey. Everyone leaves at the same time, everyone arrives at the same time, and nobody is left standing at a kerb waiting for the second car to clear traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The Mercedes Vito and Hyundai Staria cover the same passenger count with a plainer interior. They suit teams moving between sites during a working day, or a family transfer where the priority is space rather than presentation. If you are unsure which of the three fits your party, tell the desk how many people and how much luggage, and we will recommend a vehicle rather than sell you the largest one.

Sprinter VIP for delegations

The Mercedes Sprinter VIP is specified for groups that intend to work while they travel. The cabin is laid out for conversation rather than rows, so a delegation can hold a briefing between venues instead of restarting it on arrival. It is the vehicle we put forward for visiting boards, government delegations and trade-mission parties who arrive with a fixed programme and no slack in it.

The same layout that makes the Sprinter VIP useful for meetings also reduces its seat count against a standard van of similar size. It carries fewer people in more space. Where a delegation is larger than the VIP layout allows, we will usually pair it with a second vehicle for the wider party rather than downgrade the principals.

Hiace and Coaster for crew and staff shuttles

Crew movements are a different problem from executive transport. They repeat, they run early and late, and they are judged on whether the vehicle is at the door at the stated minute. The Toyota Hiace handles a working team, and the Toyota Coaster takes a full shift in one run, which removes the second trip and the risk that comes with it.

Most shuttle work we run is a standing pattern: hotel to venue, venue to hotel, with named times across several days. Once the pattern is agreed, the same chauffeur usually keeps the run, so the crew stops explaining the route and the loading point every morning. Changes go to your coordinator, not to the driver at the door.

Coaches for conference and event volume

For conference arrivals, staff days out and venue transfers at scale, we supply luxury coaches of 30 seats and above. At this size the vehicle is the simple part; the work is in the marshalling. Loading points, staging order, the gap between waves, and where a coach can legally stand while a hundred people board all have to be settled before the first vehicle leaves the yard.

We run these movements as a plan rather than a collection of bookings. One coordinator holds the manifest, the vehicle list and the timings, and the operations desk is staffed 24 hours, seven days a week, so a delayed flight or an overrunning session is handled while it is happening rather than afterwards.

Luggage usually needs its own vehicle

This is the point that catches most group bookings out. A van seated to its full passenger count has very little space left for cases. Seven people arriving from a long-haul flight with a case each will not fit in one vehicle with any comfort, and forcing it produces a loaded aisle and a poor journey.

Where the passenger load is full, we plan a separate luggage vehicle and quote it openly rather than hope the cases are small. The same applies to event work carrying equipment, banners or exhibition material. Tell the desk the bag count alongside the head count when you enquire, and the vehicle plan you receive will reflect what you are actually carrying.

How a group booking is run

Every account gets a named coordinator, and that person holds the detail for your movement. Quotations are fixed and confirmed before the job, not estimated against a meter. A quotation includes:

VAT applies on invoices. Vehicle models shown here are indicative of the category, and we confirm the exact vehicle and its availability at the time of booking. We have worked across Dubai and Abu Dhabi for over twenty years with an office in each, and hold two licensed entities: Syed Abbas Passengers Transport by Rented Buses L.L.C for chauffeur and passenger work, and Jumaira Rent A Car L.L.C for vehicle rental, including self-drive on daily, weekly and monthly terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many passengers fit in each vehicle?
It depends on the model and the interior layout, which is why we confirm the count at the time of booking rather than publish a table. As a guide, the V-Class and Granvia suit six or seven, the Sprinter VIP carries a delegation in a conference layout, the Hiace and Coaster cover crew and staff shuttles, and coaches start at 30 seats. Give the desk your head count and we will match a vehicle to it.
Can one vehicle take the group and all its luggage?
Often not. A van filled to its seating capacity has limited luggage space, and a full airport arrival with a case per passenger will usually need a separate luggage vehicle. Tell us the number of bags when you enquire and we will include the right arrangement in the quotation.
Do you cover both Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We have an office in each emirate and run intercity movements between them regularly, including airport transfers in one emirate for events held in the other. Longer routes and multi-stop days are quoted as a programme rather than as separate jobs.
Can we book several vehicles for the same event?
Yes, and multi-vehicle work is the main reason this fleet exists. One coordinator holds the manifest, the vehicle list and the timings for the whole movement, so you deal with a single point of contact rather than with individual drivers. The operations desk is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for changes on the day.
Are these vehicles supplied with a chauffeur?
Yes. Passenger vans, minibuses and coaches are supplied with a uniformed chauffeur who speaks English and Arabic. If you need a self-drive vehicle instead, self-drive rental runs through Jumaira Rent A Car on daily, weekly and monthly terms, and the desk will confirm what is available for your dates.
What happens if a flight is late or a session overruns?
Waiting time within the agreed allowance is already inside your quotation, so short delays do not create a separate charge. Beyond that allowance, your coordinator will tell you what the extension costs before it runs rather than after. Contact the desk as soon as you know the schedule has moved and the vehicle plan is adjusted around it.
