ADIPEC returns to ADNEC in Abu Dhabi from 2 to 5 November 2026, bringing tens of thousands of delegates, exhibitors and visiting executives into a city whose hotels and roads are already at capacity that week. Ground transport during ADIPEC is not ordinary chauffeur work — it is a logistics exercise with fixed deadlines and no tolerance for a vehicle arriving late.
SA Transport has run exhibition and delegation transport in Abu Dhabi for more than twenty years, from our own office in the capital. We contract with exhibitors, sponsors and visiting companies who need their own vehicles and chauffeurs for the week, rather than relying on the public shuttle and taxi ranks alongside everyone else.
Transport for Exhibitors and Sponsors
An exhibiting company's transport need during ADIPEC is rarely a single airport transfer. It is a stand team arriving before the show opens, executives and clients moving between hotel and ADNEC across four days, evening hospitality that runs past the shuttle timetable, and a departure day when everybody leaves at once.
We hold vehicles and chauffeurs for the duration, assigned to your company rather than dispatched on demand. The same chauffeurs work your programme all week, so they learn the routine, the faces and the access points instead of starting fresh each morning.
Delegation and VIP Movements
Visiting ministries, national pavilions and corporate delegations need vehicles that match the seniority of the party and a chauffeur who understands protocol. We provide executive sedans and premium SUVs for principals, with Sprinter-class vans running staff, press and support teams on a separate schedule so the principal is never waiting on a full vehicle.
Where a delegation splits between sessions, site visits and evening functions, movements are coordinated centrally by one point of contact rather than negotiated driver by driver.
Airport Arrivals During a Peak Week
ADIPEC week compresses arrivals into a narrow window, and flight delays cascade. We track every inbound flight from departure and meet arrivals inside the terminal with a name board. Waiting time is included, because a delayed landing is not the client's fault and should not become a surcharge argument on the invoice.
Zayed International Airport is the primary arrival point; we also cover Dubai International and Al Maktoum for delegates flying into Dubai and travelling down, and private aviation terminals where access arrangements differ.
Why Not Simply Use the Show Shuttle
ADNEC and the organisers run their own hotel shuttle and park-and-ride, and for a general visitor attending sessions that is often enough. It is not enough when you are exhibiting.
A shuttle runs to a published timetable, not to yours. It will not hold for a client meeting that overruns, carry your stand materials, collect a chairman from a private terminal, or take four people to a dinner in Saadiyat at eleven at night. Contracted vehicles do all of that, and the cost is known in advance rather than accumulating as taxis across four days.
Book Early — Capacity Is Finite
Abu Dhabi's chauffeur fleet is fully committed during ADIPEC. Vehicles are allocated on the order commitments are received, and by October the executive and premium SUV classes are typically unavailable at any price.
If ADIPEC 2026 is in your calendar, the practical deadline for securing dedicated vehicles is considerably earlier than most companies assume. Send us the outline — dates, party size, hotel — and we will hold capacity against it.
